This nearly blew my socks off!
Forget standing over the stovetop boiling milk and sugar until its juuuuust the right temperature (or, if you are an ADD queen like me, burn it while inspecting something pretty and/or shiny at the opposite end of the kitchen).
Ingredients
One or two unopened cans of sweetened condensed milk.
Instructions
Remove the labels from the cans and put them in your crock pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Seriously... That's it!
The stovetop milk plus sugar dulce de leche tasted slightly better than the crock pot version, but the ease of the crock pot far outweighs any taste differences.
Ingredients

- Completely submerge the can(s) in water.
